Avocado toast is such an easy way to squeeze a meal in. You can have it for breakfast or dinner. In my avocado I like to throw some scallions, peppers, lemon juice, and seasoning in it. My go to seasoning is Adobo by Goya. If you haven’t heard of it you need to run to the supermarket and pick some up now! I use it in everything I make that’s how good it is. On top I made an over easy egg. The yolk taste so delicious with the avocado.
