Smoothie Recipe

I started making smoothies to improve my morning routine. I’m very picky about certain things so I started off with the basic ingredients listed below. Smoothies can be used as a meal replacement if you don’t want to have a heavy lunch.

 

Ingredients:

Bananas

Mixed Berries – Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries (Frozen!)

Gluten & peanut free almond butter

All natural granola

Organic cacao chips

Silk soy milk
