Dress: H&M, Shoes: DSW
I’ve read a few articles lately about Instagram Bots boosting people’s social media egos. This New York Times article published on June 6th talks about how people purchase these services that automatically like, comment, and follow users for you. I know this has been an issue for a while now, but the fact that it’s still happening is very concerning. Your social media presence should be authentic. In the past year, I’ve learned to stay true to yourself and your brand. Of course, we all want thousands of followers to love your work, but what happened to influencers growing their following organically?
I have a decent following and I’m happy people even care to follow my social accounts. I’ll always stay true to who I am and post about things I truly care about. The moral of this post is to always be yourself no matter what. On another note let’s talk about my outfit! This mustard color dress is from H&M from a few years ago. Their workwear collection is my favorite and the material is great. My heels are from DSW obviously because half of my shoes are from there. Thanks for reading guys. Make sure to comment and tell me what you think!

If you’re looking to purchase new summer sandal, Loeffler Randall is a great brand to look into. The Coco high heel knot slide in watermelon pink is number one on my wish list and number two is the Vera Ruffle slide in woven indigo. I’m a huge fan of the woven indigo and the ruffles are a cute statement piece on the shoe. The Loeffler Randall team was inspired by the Mossi cloth for the denim vera ruffle slide. Which is indigo-dyed cloth crafted by the Mossi people of Burkina Faso, a landlocked country in West Africa.
Due to how scarce the cloth is there’s a small amount left so the only cloth available is vintage. My favorite part about this shoe is the amount of detail that went into creating it. Loeffler Randall really cares about quality and customer experience. A unique and rare material is one way to show customer appreciation. I fell in love with slides when I watched Sex and The City. Carrie was always strutting around in Prada slides and I was obsessed. Which one is your favorite? Tell me in the comments below!
June is almost here and it’s my birthday month! A majority of my looks will be dresses and skirts just so you know. I wanted to share this dress from H&M I purchased a few years ago that I just found in my summer clothes bin. I love a form fitting dress with a little bit of flare. The shoes are my rose gold flats from Primark. Shop similar styles below!

One pieces are everywhere right now and I want to buy a few for myself but I’m not sure it’ll work with my body frame. I’m not uncomfortable with my shape or anything but some bathing suits look better on other people. I think the last time I wore a one piece bathing suit I was probably in elementary school. Brands like Topshop, Ted Baker, and Dolce Vita are making gorgeous designs and styles and I linked some of my favorites below. Nordstrom has an endless selection of one piece bathing suits. My favorites are number 2 and number 6. I like my bathing suits to stand out and those two would look great with tans.
The Metallic Dolce Vita one is so bold I might have to buy that one when it goes on sale! The Ted Baker ruffle one-piece (number 3) is perfect for a chill beach day with your girls. Orange might be my go-to color for summer! What do you think? Which ones are your favorite? Let me know if the comment section!

I received compensation from McDonald’s in exchange for writing this review. This is a sponsored post, all opinions are my own.
I’m a HUGE foodie so I was excited to attend an event at Mcdonald’s to try the new signature crafted sandwiches. Sorry in advance to my healthy friends but I love McDonald’s! When I was in school I would go to McDonald’s just to grab an Oreo Mcflurry. We started the event with a mini tour of the Kitchen with Chef Mike who came to visit from Chicago. He made each sandwich from scratch and all of the ingredients are fresh every single day. The three sandwiches that were offered were Maple Bacon Dijon, Pico Guacamole, and Sweet BBQ Bacon.
I ordered the Sweet BBQ Bacon sandwich with crispy buttermilk chicken. I don’t like BBQ sauce on my sandwiches but this BBQ sauce was tangy and sweet. The perfect addition to the sandwich. Along with these signature crafted sandwiches, McDonald’s is offering new “Just For You” customer experiences at select stores. As of May 5th, 11 stores currently have table service, touchscreen self-order kiosks, or mobile pay options. We ended the night with the ladies of Sip and Script and I learned some basic calligraphy tips. I wasn’t the best but it was such a fun activity to end with. Check out their event page to see what’s coming up on the schedule.
