Fall clothing is all about simplicity, layers, and bold colors. I love big sweaters and colorful jackets so I put together some fall tops and jackets I’m really into right now. Fall clothing is something you should always invest in. My fall clothes tend to last longer than my summer clothes because they are durable. I still have jackets from a few years ago that are in great shape. All of the items are cute but I’m really into the ModCloth faux leather jacket, the loft jeans, and the pink Boden sweater.
I love wearing my leather jackets with huge scarves. It’s the perfect casual look for any occasion. I have this scarf from Primark I’m obsessed with and it’s so warm and fuzzy. Everyone in Boston seems to feel the same way because I’ve seen so many women wearing it. Which picks do you like? Let me know in the comments below.

I’ve always dreamed of having a personal stylist handle my wardrobe. Sometimes picking out outfits and buying clothes can be so dreadful and that’s where Trunk Club comes in. When Trunk Club reached out to me I was so excited! I’ve followed this service for a while now and I’m so happy I got to try it first hand. How does it work?
1. Sign up and get connected with a personal stylist who will reach out to you by phone or e-mail to understand your clothing needs.
2. You’ll then receive an e-mail from your stylist with items you can expect in your trunk.
3. Confirm the clothing selected for you then expect a trunk full of clothes in the mail. What’s great is that you’re only charged for the clothing you keep. No extra fees!
Trunk Club’s stylist want to know who you are and your personal unique style. Services like this push you to try different items you normally wouldn’t look at in the store. Trunk Club has clubhouses in Dallas, DC, LA, and NYC if you want to meet with a stylist in person and get the ultimate experience. The one thing I loved most is that my stylist really wanted to listen to me. It’s very rare that you get the chance to talk with someone one on one and tell them what you like or dislike about your wardrobe. I hope you enjoy my favorite outfits from the trunk below!

16 days until my trip to West Palm Beach and I’m excited to explore a different part of Florida. When you find a great deal on a flight you have to take advantage and just book it. When I think of West Palm Beach I picture people riding their bikes, warm water, beach bars, and delicious food. It snowed on the first day of spring and I must say I am completely over the cold weather and layers. I think this trip is the perfect time for some R&R and sun. I really do think every once in a while people book a trip and take a break from everything. Ever since the Dominican Republic and Paris I’ve had the travel bug. If you have the funds spend that money on a trip. Seeing different parts of the world can be so eye opening and beautiful. Trust me, I will be going back to France soon and possibly other countries when I have enough saved. Until then I will continue pinning and dreaming.

Everyone knows brunch is my favorite thing to do on the weekends…
Sugar Lip Treatment (Honey) – For $22.50 it comes in a small round container with an ample amount of lip balm inside. I haven’t had to reapply this to my lips very often which is great because the product will last longer. The lip treatments are tinted so I would suggest trying them before you purchase. The honey one has the perfect amount of tint and you can actually see it on my skin. With my purchase I received a ton of free samples! So far I’ve only tried the Soy Face Cleanser. For a gel cleanser it really works and I’m not a fan of gel cleansers so that’s saying something.
I have never been a fan of fringe… EVER. But over the years designers have altered the fringe style and I’ve grown to love what it’s become. The way it moves when you walk makes you feel so sexy and powerful. I would only wear fringe on my skirts and shoes because it just look better to me when it’s on those items. My favorite piece has to be the Tamara Mellon brown skirt. She’s the former Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of Jimmy Choo so of course I would gravitate towards her clothing.
I’m so excited to finish this book because of my trip to Paris this summer. Paris my Sweet by Amy Thomas documents her year in Paris working as a copywriter for Louis Vuitton. While in Paris she finds all the best bakeries and pastry shops. Although I’m not into sweets I really want to try all of the different chocolate and pastry shops around New York and Paris she mentions in her book. Amy Thomas also talks about living alone is such a big city while finding a way to adapt to the culture and people. Towards the middle of the book she makes friends and frequents a handful of different restaurants. She starts to feel like a true Parisian.
Cliniques toner left my skin dry, red and irritated I swore off using toner on my face. After doing some research on different products I decided to give it a chance again. I wanted to change up my skincare routine and multiple articles out there swear toner is the way to go when it comes to improving your complexion. I stopped by Follain in the South End and purchased the SW Basics toner. It’s completely organic with ingredients like raw apple cider vinegar, Witch Hazel from wild crops farm, sandalwood, and essential oils of clary sage. It didn’t burn after the first use which is a good sign that my face can handle it. I would suggest using it twice a day (morning and night) to get the best results. My face is definitely thanking me for using this.
I managed to snap a few pictures with my friends and boyfriend at their company party on Friday. The dress is gorgeous right??!

The Museum of Fine Arts was free on Martin Luther King Day so my boyfriend and I decided to go. It’s been years since I’ve stepped inside this museum so I was excited to see everything. My favorite part of the day was the Hollywood Glamour – Fashion and Jewelry from the silver screen exhibit. Gowns and jewelry from the 1930’s and 40’s worn by famous actresses during Hollywood’s most glamorous time. There was Chanel Haute Couture, a gown designed by Travis Banton who was the chief designer at Paramount Pictures, and Edith Head an American costume designer.
