PMS Bites

Don’t we all feel guilty when we indulge on fatty sweets and greasy food during that time of the month. Pms bites are a healthy alternative to those annoying cravings. Small chocolate bites that are both gluten free, vegan, and delicious. A box of six bites cost $15 and they come in three different flavors – all kinds of nuts, coco nutty, and plain crazy. You can also arrange your order to come when your cycle starts by providing information such as what week of the month do¬†you want to receive the bites. Avocado toast

FullSizeRender (3)Avocado toast is such an easy way to squeeze a meal in. You can have it for breakfast or dinner. In my avocado I like to throw some scallions, peppers, lemon juice, and seasoning in it. My go to seasoning is Adobo by Goya. If you haven’t heard of it you need to run to the supermarket and pick some up now! I use it in everything I make that’s how good it is. On top I made an over easy egg. The yolk taste so delicious with the avocado.

Afternoon snacking

IMG_0894 (1)We all have that annoying afternoon craving for caffeine, sugar, or salty chips. I try so hard to fight it but I’m human and I can’t resist the deliciousness of chips. I do keep some snacks on my desk just in case I choose to eat healthy and I want to stay energized. Currently OBSESSED with Kind Bars, only the dark chocolate chunk one though. We have a ton of gluten free people at work so these granola bars have grown on me.
