Bell sleeves are my favorite and these two tops are my go to shirts for spring. This pink Asos shirt is still available on the website for $20. Click here to buy one for yourself or check out other bell sleeve looks. I just got this top from Zara last week and it cost $49.90. It’s cute right? Ever since I bought my yellow J.Crew coat I fell in love with the color.

So far I’m loving the weather in August and I hope it stays like this until mid-September. My favorite part about August is when the sun goes down and there’s a cool breeze that reminds me that fall is very close but NOT that close you know. My heart broke a little when I saw Halloween decorations out in TJ Maxx! I’m really not ready for summer to end I want it to last forever. I’m trying to enjoy my weekends as much as I can before I have to bundle up again for a few months.
Last Sunday Newbury Street shut down the roads allowing pedestrians to walk in the street. If you’re from Boston you know how annoying the sidewalks on Newbury Street are during the summer. Packed with people and tourist, it’s awful if you’re there to do some serious shopping. It was the perfect summer day for lunch outside and a walk through the park. This Primark dress was only $9 and the shoes were $19. The purse is from Asos, I bought it a few years ago but Asos has really good deals when it comes to their purse selection.
I really fell in love with these Primark platforms in the store. I think the peach color is perfect for summer and it makes your pedicure look 100 times better. Where did you guys pick up your favorite little white dress? I would love to know!!

THIS IS NOT A DRESS!!!! It’s a men’s XXL shirt from goodwill with a belt from h&m tied around my waist. And it was only $5. I didn’t think it would look this cute but kudos to me. It was definitely a risk buying this shirt because this could’ve been the ugliest outfit.
Faux suede is always a good idea. Well I’m into anything that involves a racerback. This look is very laid back which is perfect for the summer. The various selection of faux pieces I have in my closet excites me because I have so many options this summer. I like to purchase tops I can see going with other items in my closet and this top can go with my high-waisted shorts, dark denim skinny jeans, or flared jeans. I’m obsessed with the fit of boyfriend jeans and since Zara was having a huge sale I decided to buy these as well. The heels are from Asos and they’re about a year old. These are the most comfortable pair of heels I own and I’m obsessed with them. Not to mention black goes with everything!
Does the perfect summer wedge exist? I feel like we created this thought in our mind that there’s a shoe for every season but I think all shoes should be worn throughout the year despite the weather. If you pair it properly you can wear wedges until the cool breeze starts to creep in during fall. Leather shoes need to be worn a few times until you break them in. I can’t even describe the pain of leather and patent leather shoes when you first wear them. Although the leather shoes I’ve purchased from Zara in the past are very comfortable so I know if I get these I won’t have any issues wearing them. Not sure if they’re my style but I like to mix it up and add some pieces to my wardrobe that I usually wouldn’t wear. Fashion is about experimenting and I need to try these shoes out.
1. When you wake up in the morning what products do you use on your face?
My morning routine is pretty simple. I wash with Dove Sensitive Skin bar soap & use my Clarisonic Mia to exfoliate my skin. Then I follow it up with CeraVe am moisturizer (which includes SPF) & a light eye cream.
2. Do you use any products during the day to keep your face fresh?
The only touching up I do throughout the day is with an oil-absorbing powder (Arbonne Mattifying Powder), which helps eliminate shine.
3. What moisturizer do you swear by?
CeraVe has completely transformed my skin. I was previously using a really expensive 6-step system and my skin starting breaking out after a few months. My dermatologist recommended CeraVe and once I started using it, I never looked back. I’ve even gotten friends and family members hooked on it.
4. What is your nighttime routine?
I remove my makeup with Almay eyemakeup remover pads, wash my face with Dove soap & then follow it up with exfolikate scrub. I use CeraVe pm, followed by an anti-aging cream & eye cream.
5. Any new beauty products you just started trying?
The Acure Eye Cream is a new-to-me organic product that I really love. I’ve noticed a difference since using it and I like that it doesn’t contain harsh chemicals or irritants.
